a 6 month period, paid in advance, for a standard 468x60 banner,
.gif, swf or jpg, less than 25KB.
All banners / potential listees are subject to editorial approval.

We're dirt cheap with our rates, [ just compare us to

The top slot just below the Headline and above the affiliates, for
a 468x60 banner, with your 30 word text description immediately underneath,
is €200 for 6 months on the main Women's, Men's, Teens or Children's
casual everyday clothing pages, as well as the Maternity, Women's
Designer and Women's Shoes sections.
#2 slot is €160, #3
slot is €120, again for 6 months. We will also add you to our
new site PlusSize.ie
if appropriate, but in a different page position, and with a different
description, as we want to avoid "mirror content"
( First retailer who books it gets the top slot. Second come gets
the next slot beneath - we don't believe in auctioning or charging
you more than you initially expected to pay)

for 6 months
or €60 for a 234x60, again with a 30 word text link.
If you are advertising on any of the other category pages, the rate
is 75% of that for the 'main' pages. [ eg Halloween, Flowergirl, Swimwear,
etc. ]
Any longer term advertising deal can expect a small discount to the
6 month rate.

Smaller retailers, Bloggers
etc - Get a FREE & Useful
Listing !!!
If you are
a smaller online retailer, or have a site related to Irish people's
clothing or footwear needs, you can have a free review and text
listing even if you don't do a deal for a banner. We want mutual
partnerships - See what I've written below.
To get a free review of your site published with us on a relevant page,
you simply give us a link back from a page which will be seen by
your viewers, and in which mentioning us makes sense to your viewers.
We prefer the following text with your hyperlink to us.
If you use the html code below to hyperlink to us, which is anchor
text , we will do likewise.( Google loves anchor text )
NOTE - in the hyperlink we do not use any full stops or commas,
except .ie

A fair and honest deal
We like to do what I call "partnerships" with other sites - as opposed
to link exchanges. That means that your website is related to our audience
or vice-versa and we cross-promote one another. Generally we like to
put you somewhere on the site that makes sense to our visitors and we
ask the same in return. We know it's good for search engines to mention
each other, but we are primarily looking to swap visitors and real traffic.
The engines will figure the rest out, hence the reason they love us
now. We've built a good resource. This approach has already worked -
we have a recognised site, linked to by other sites in our marketplace,
good rankings and lots of traffic from a range of sources.
So I'd like to make a public statement to all the amateur, idiot,
unbusinesslike fools out there looking for "link exchanges":
1) I don't care what the PageRank of your website is, it's irrelevant - we like to build real traffic with real partners, large or small.
2) We're not interested in 3-way links or any other technique which is designed to fool the engines. *Real* people use the web, not robots.
3) If fooling algorithms is more important to you than your visitors,
then you aren't really serious about your site. If you aren't serious,
we won't take you seriously.
4) Our site is about clothing footwear and fashion. Quite how this
relates to viagra, russian brides or world travel baffles me. Stay
on topic or leave us alone.
5) If your name is Raj and you are in Mumbai, I'm probably not interested
in having my established Irish online clothing portal listed on
veryniceindianwebsites.com - call me strange !!!.
6) If your site is genuinely useful, we'd love to deal with you - new
or established, large or small. We're nice people, we like to deal with
other nice people and we want to show our visitors more sophisticated
and quality clothing sites, blogs, forums and relevant information for
them to use.
Our site traffic
is up to 700+ visits a day now, [ Nov 1st '09 ] and has compounded at
roughly 10% per month since Nov. last year. That said we cannot give
guarantees about future visitor numbers, especially in the current search
engine environment.
